(Prior experience with Oracle's GoldenGate replication is a plus)   ·          Set up, configure and maintain the physical standby databases with Data Guard for switch and failover scenarios  ·          Work closely with development DBA teams on trouble-shooting SQL issues impacting database performance and uptime SLAs ·          Produce detailed plans for monthly or quarterly database partition maintenance tasks ·          Design and implement High Availability (HA) solutions using Real Application Clusters (RAC) using Automatic Storage MAnager (ASM).
